i have 9 weeks to lose some wieght help

so january 5th i started my fitness pal again but this time with no junk food no fast food i haven't caved yet but my scale hasn't moved ..... i am logging in my food everyday some days i am under some i am over

i am 36 and weigh 168lbs i want to be down to 150 to 155 before i go away ....

any advise to help me along would be great a big thing is i need to drink more water .... any advise please .........

does anyone take any pills to help shed some weight and does it work
