setting from % to grams

Can anyone help me with this setting change, I have tried going to the change page ,bookmarking it and saving that way but will not work for me, Any help ,greatly appreciated

    I don't understand the question - is this the app or the website, which bit do you want in grams rather than % ?

    If you are talking about your Macros you need to set them as a %..then it converts it to grams.

    If you know the grams of protien for example take that and try this calculation

    *these are just my numbers to ilustrate

    120g of protien @ 4calories each =480 calories...I eat 1600 calories a day....therefore 480/1600=0.30 or 30% which works to 120g
