Hello Everyone!

This is my very first time trying 'my fitness pal'.

I have been doing this quietly for a few weeks now. I haven't tracked as much. But thought with the new year and a fresh attitude I would like to be more active in this community and track track track. With a positive mind, I have started and I shall succeed.

    Hello!!! It took me awhile to really make it a habit but now I feel weird not tracking. :)

    Hi, I just started with the tracking as well, though i started the weight loss goal just post christmas. I find the tracker is keeping me more focused, good luck with your goals
