After two hot dogs a slice of bread cheese and probably too many of my 5 year olds gold fish. I know I was bad. How bad.. Well I'm still hungry. i have about 900 calories left to eat. Problem is I still have a 8 hr work a head of me. I have a physical job. I did yoga this morning and already walked two miles. Sigh.. Everyday can't be perfect. I know i got to just let some go. Oh well, I guess I'll try again tomorrow. Feel like all the work I put in this morning has been undone.

It happens. Just remember that one day doesn't impede your weight loss efforts.0

Not tomorrow, TODAY. If you miss the train at 9:00 Am, you don't say screw it and go home. You catch the next train at 9:45 AM. Better to be a bit late then miss a whole day.
In 15 minutes you won't be hungry anymore. Just hold out. Go brush your teeth, clean the toilet, fold some laundry. Quit thinking about it.
Life happens and by this afternoon you will be just fine.
Tomorrow, it might be me, but I'll not go home, I'll catch the next train.0 -
You're not that bad. Have some good filling protein that will keep you full and go for your best low cal options. Today is not blown yet. It happens. Tomorrow is another day.0

Try again starting right now. Why wait until tomorrow? You still have 900 calories left! Is your job physical enough to count as exercise? If so, that will give you a little more wiggle room too. Putting it off until tomorrow, until tomorrow again and again is why we find ourselves here still trying to lose. Brush it off and get right back at it.0

Eat as many non-starchy veggies as you want and a serving of lean protein and healthy fat - repeat at lunch and dinner. You shouldn't be hungry and you won't go too much over. You'll feel much better too0
