For me, now is late night. I want to search house for chocolate and carbs. How do u manage to make it thru late nights?

First off- if your diary was open I might be able to help identify why you're craving carbs right now. The usual culprit is that you may be eating too few overall calories.
To handle this problem you can:
1) Eat a bigger, more satiating dinner
2) Save calories to have your night time snack
3) Eat your dinner later than usual
4) Try eating a smaller snack balanced with carbs, protein, and fat
5) Try a little exercise to earn a few more calories- but I don't really recommend this option because late night exercise can be disruptive to sleep
If the above fails and you go over, just learn from the experience, plan better next time, and start over fresh tomorrow.0
