Hey, I am not judging this is right or wrong, but I often hear my friends saying they are going to "double" their workout today because they couldn't go to gym yesterday...what's your thought?
Would 2 hours in one day be equal to 1 hour per day?
Would 2 hours in one day be equal to 1 hour per day?

I know it's not terribly uncommon for people to measure their calories on a weekly basis rather than a daily one. If that was the case, then working out 2 hours on Thursday and not at all on Friday would look the same in your weekly report as 1 hour on Thursday and 1 hour on Friday.0

If you are just talking about calories burned, then a double workout would probably meet your needs. Possibly not, since you might not be able to maintain the intensity for double the time.
If you are trying to progress at a certain activity, then doubling up would not be as effective.0
