New and confused!

Ok, I've been on my diet for 3 weeks now... With barley any weight loss and no inches at all. Can I get some friends to add me and check my food out? I am pretty sure I'm not eating right.. But I used to eat fast food every day and drink soda every day. Sooooo I'm. Not to great about eating healthy.. I haven't had any soda or fast food in 3 weeks. I'd really appreciate some tips. Thanks!
