New and confused!

Ok, I've been on my diet for 3 weeks now... With barley any weight loss and no inches at all. Can I get some friends to add me and check my food out? I am pretty sure I'm not eating right.. But I used to eat fast food every day and drink soda every day. Sooooo I'm. Not to great about eating healthy.. I haven't had any soda or fast food in 3 weeks. I'd really appreciate some tips. Thanks!

Sure, I'll add you. You're actually in almost the exact same situation as my wife; she's about your same weight and trying to lose almost the same amount.

I would double-check the data in "Homemade - Sauteed Mushrooms In Butter, 4 oz" as the reported calories seem excessive.0

Just from a quick look at your food diary, it looks like you are starving yourself. If the entries are right, you aren't eating enough. When in starvation mode, your body won't burn extra calories - it just shuts down. I'm 3 lbs into a 50 lb goal myself, we can help each other along. FR sent.0
