New to this forum/app. Started exercising and eating healthy on 20th January 2014 (so not that long ago) but I still havn't seen the scales move in the slightess! Maybe be better to measure myself & see if its coming off that way. Any tips would be great :) I'm 20, 5'5" and weigh 9 stone 5. I'm looking to lose a stone and would love to see results before my 21st birthday!! (17th March) so fast approaching!
