Increasing Calorie Intake Ideas

I've been stuck at the same number for the month and things don't seem to be moving. I'm increasing my calorie intake to 1500-1600 calories/day and exercising: cardio w/ strength training 3 times per week and light cardio x2 on my off days.

I have a few ideas to increase my calories:
1) Fruit
2) Peanut Butter
3) Yoghurt
4) Crackers
5) Cottage Cheese
6) Jam
7) Peanuts

If anyone has anymore suggestions or anything. I have about 5 more pounds to lose and want to experiment with my calorie intake.

Your diary isn't set to public, so I don't know if I'm repeating things you're already eating.

Cook your food in olive oil or butter. I'm a big fan of veggies roasted in olive oil when I can fit them into my day.
Full fat dairy (assuming you don't have any intolerances, of course) including milk, cheese, Greek yogurt, ice cream
Nuts! Almonds, walnuts, pecans. I have an ounce of nuts pretty much every day.
Avocado. Calorie dense and packed with good fats

Why do you think increasing your calories will make you lose weight? How long have you been stuck at the same number?
