I've been using MFP for a while on my phone and only just realised there was a forum.

I'm 25, 5'6' and currently weigh 173lbs when i started over 2 years ago i weighed 232lbs, i still have 33lbs to go. I did the majority of weight loss through diet but am now struggling to keep up the loss so im trying to motivate myself to go to the gym. I can usually manage to go to 2 classes a week but i'm proud i have managed 4 so far this week and have another one tonight.

Any one got any good tips on staying motivated?
