Sleep Quality

Hello -

I have a question for those of you who have lost weight. Have you found that your overall quality of sleep has improved? That is, do you feel more rested now on the same amount of sleep versus prior to the weight loss? Thank you for your thoughts.

    Somewhat, I feel more energetic during the day and can get by on less sleep than normal. Not sure I really like it though, I prefer to sleep!
