Injury got me off track - where to restart?

I've been down for 11 days now from running. I was doing a program similar to C25k and was in week 5 before I was injured (not a running injury) and the weather went sub zero. My question is where do I pick up now that I am healed? Should I go back a few runs? Pick up where I left off? Skip ahead to where I would be had I not been hurt? Start over from scratch?

    It's only been a few days off. Try to pick up where you left off but don't be disappointed or surprised if you have to rest/walk more than prescribed. Give yourself a few runs to get back on track

    11 days? You'll be fine. Honestly from the title I expected at least a couple months.
