    Making these for tea tonight! They have been in oven for 35 minutes and still pink in middle! So check when you cook. Mines going in for a further 20 mins!!

    Every oven is different. 375 for 30 works for me. You can try pan searing them first, before you put them in. Was your oven preheated?

    This recipe looks great shall use it this week, its in the data base if anyone is interested, Kalyn's Kitchen baked Chicken with Pesto, 1711 kj = 1 serve.
