Insurance Reimbursement

Something to consider: if you join a gym, check with your insurance company. Many insurance companies will offer a reimbursement or rebate if you attend a gym so many times a year. Mine is 120 visists a year which the staff at the gym will verify. You can receive up to $150 back if you follow through. Money back--that's an incentive!:flowerforyou:

BCBS of Oklahoma offers an incentive as well. It is a $29 sign-up and $29 per month for membership at many of the local gyms. Our local memberships are typically $60 - $75/month, so a great savings.0
