I hate the taste of just plain water. Nor do I care for it with lemon juice. Can just plain hot or cold tea count as my daily 8? Thanks for your response.

    Simple answer is yes.

    I like my water room temp. I hate it ice cold.

    Other people suggest that once you keep drinking it, it does start to taste better.
