Just wanted to post this comparison picture. I did this last week after a binge weekend during my daughter's birthday and gearing up for back to school.

Doing this helps me keep my focus...I'm just under halfway there.....

    Thank you for the compliment! Yes, doing MFP and hitting the gym 4-5x a week. A HUGE lifestyle change that is has been challenging with a full time job and family....but worth it!

    It's amazing to see how even your skin looks healthier. That could also be b/c it was January and the new you was taken in August so you may have that healthy tan goin on but still...I'd like to think it's also because you are healthier!
