Am I eating right?

Hi everyone, recently upped my calorie intake because in the beginning I wasn't eating enough...only 600-800 a day plus working out a lot. Meaning my net would be in the negatives. I figured out that that was NO way to lose weight. It wasn't healthy and I feel better now. The problem is though, I find it hard to eat more calories. My intake goal is 1750, that's my 1000 calorie deficit by the way. I do workout and burn atleast 300-400 cal a workout.

Please view my diary, I'm not sure if I'm eating "clean" as some people would say. I do slip...meaning I eat a little bad sometimes but overall I eat right. Being 242 now, I'm confused on what I should be eating. For obese people like me I read that carbs are bad? What carbs should I eat? What protein should I eat? Whole grain? I DON'T KNOW.

DIARY IS NOW OPEN!!!!

    Your diary isn't open.

If you have a good variety of food and you're meeting your macro goals, don't get caught up in the noise about being clean or eating carbs or what carbs are OK.

Try setting your macros to 30%P/30%F/40%C and try to adhere to those goals as closely as possible, and make sure to eat some fruits and vegetables. That's really all you need to worry about.
