hungry while cutting

So I've been on a cut for about 3 weeks and it's been going well. i'm dropping some BF and my strength is going up. Recently I've been so F'ing hungry. Does anyone have any foods that they use to keep them full or advice? I try to get at least 40g of protein per meal if not more to keep me full

Salad with lots of vegetables and low/zero calorie dressing. Huge bowl of that accompanied by some protein (Chicken, beef, fish) should be plenty to fill you up. High volume and low calorie.

Walden farms has lots of zero calorie dressings, but some taste funny. Bolthouse Farms makes some great low calorie dressings (like ranch with greek yogurt that's amazing).

I am one of these people that confuse thirst for hunger, so whenever I get hungry, i drink a big glass of water to see if that helps. Not only makes sure I'm not just thirsty, but fills me up some too :)

High protein food is good. Try maybe some greek yogurt with nuts, cottage cheese with fruits and such.

Is it possible you arent eating enough?
Theres a difference between "oh I could eat this and that" and being really hungry

I've heard about walden farms, where can you buy their sauces/dressings?

I was just starving right now. chopped up a head of romaine lettuce, poured some lime juice all over it and bam problem solved.
