Looking For Friends and Support

Alright, so for three years now I've been trying to get below 170 pounds but can never make it passed 180. I used to weigh 205. Time and time again I've given up around this time and I'm hoping that maybe this time I can keep up my routine. I am admittedly finding it harder and harder to stick to my diet and exercise plans (due to the workload of my program) and I'm hoping I can make it up until the reading week in 3 weeks. If anyone has any tips to stay in track I'm open minded.

Low Carb will fix that in a month , Have you heard of Low Carbing ? if not , later , you'll wish you had ! Have a good day.

They gave some very well thought out solutions , The only obvious one missing was Protein shakes on the go just add water.
I read your profile and you went from 15 minutes on the elliptical to 60 , Very Good Josh , your making the effort.
I understand about not knowing what your doing , that's part of learning . Protein shakes and Nuts over 2 weeks to fit your calorie needs would help drop the last 7.5 pounds you got left... at least part of it.
8 am - 10 pm with 3 hours drive , ..... Keep that up ! it will pay off once your Rich and Successful ! :drinker: You can Do this !0 -
