Hello!
I have lost 52 pounds since June 2013. I am currently at 140 pounds and my goal is 130.
Over the past month or two I've been struggling with the desire to keep going. I'm tired of dieting and I'm ready to move on. But I'm kind of a perfectionist and having 130 in my head makes me want to push for that goal.
So I'm conflicted whether to go into maintenance so I can have more freedom in what I eat, or to suck it up and keep pushing myself.
I could use a second opinion of anyone who has struggled with this. FYI the healthy weight range for my height is 108-140, so I'm right at the top.
