Hi. I'm reading "Better than Before" by Gretchen Rubin and it's a marvelous book! The blend of studies and personal anecdotes makes it credible and enjoyable. She offers lot of strategies to help build the habits we know we need, like eating veggies and exercising. Thanks for the recommendation @barbiecat !
I've decided I ought to read more diet motivation books. It cements the idea that diet is my priority. And it gives me that motivation boost!
So what have you read lately and how was it? Did you get a boost of motivation from it?

The Hunger Habit by Judson Brewer
He's a behavioral psychiatrist, and this book does a detailed focus on controlling eating behaviors.
I'd been overweight since covid, and I read this book in January this year just because it looked interesting. It was so motivating, I returned to MFP, lost 20 lbs, and returned to weight training.0
