    Don't sweat the occasional indulgence. Just be determined the next day to eat in a healthy manner. If we never made mistakes, we'd never learn anything.

    Don't beat yourself up... You should have a bit of the foods that are not good for you.. Otherwise, a person could feel deprived, and fall off their diet.

    Just do better the next day.

    Keep making those charts! You will learn a lot from them over time. A half pound with all that sodium is a blessing.
