Hello fitness friends! I am back and ready to try this again. I went to the Dr. yesterday and he placed me on a new diet. I am really excited about trying it and have a lot of weight to lose. He gave me a diet pill, which I refuse to take. I feel I can do it without it. But if I can not, I may have to take them. But, I did really good yesterday and have already exercised this morning. I lack the encouragement at home so I will be coming on here for that. LOL If you would like to be friends and fitness buddies, please send me a friends request and we can encourage each other.
