More info: Burn 3500 calories a week challenge.- For all those who need encouragement & support to give you a kick start in health & fitness. This challenge has been going on since August 2013.

We do our best to burn 3500 calories a week for the entire month, We don't always make it, but we don't stop trying. Depending on how many days there are left in the final week then instead of 3500, we up it 500 per days left. For example there are 10 days left in the month of January so our goal this last week is to burn 5000 calories instead of 3500.

I know the #’s sound high, but they are more than doable

    I'm glad to see you are on board again. I love those burpees you do, it makes me say yeah I can do it.

    I think this is doable for me. I normal do at least 1,000 + in exercise calories daily. Will this work to join?
    My food dairy is open for viewing and let me know.
