61 and Determined.....this time!

Hello

My name is Linda, I am 61...nearly 62, I have been on and off every conceivable diet since I was about 13. I get anxious, take medication which helps. I am very good at covering my anxiety with a HUGE grin and people always think I am a very positive person. My smile is my mask!!

All my life I have wanted to be slim! I think I am my worst enemy, I seem to sabotage myself, but this time I am going to be taking it slow and sensibly. I have conquered problems with alcohol with help through The Gainsborough Foundation, they were wonderful.

If I can do that surely I can control what goes into my mouth.
