Send me some motivation love!

First I want to just say hello myfitnesspal world!!!

I have been doing great with my healthy choices in foods, I'm not doing a diet (FYI) I am just trying to change my eating habits and live a healthier lifestyle by making better choices. BUT... my real problem is I lack motivation to get my butt up and be active. I started going to a local park that has a 2 mile trail but I only gone 2x a week... (lately the weather has not been in our favor). Once it get warmer I will be there more frequently. So to push myself a little bit more ..... I made a goal for myself that I want to participate in a 5k this coming march 15th! At this point:happy I really need all the motivation and tips I can get to get myself prepared!!!
