Can i eat anything when trying to lose weight?

Eat whatever you want, just track it all, and eat less than you daily requirement and walla……just like magic you will drop pounds.

Well I did a LOT of research on how to successfully not only lose the pounds but KEEP IT OFF!
The most successful people I have found (who have kept it off years) is they ate what they wanted and stayed within their calorie limit 90% of the time, they still do. This is your life, you got overweight and you can again, maybe even easier each time. So you need to fit normal in and accept that there are those Sally's birthday or date night where you go over because this is LIFE.
Also if they gain max 5 lbs they are back to measuring and weighing the foods because obviously their eyes have gotten bigger than their needs and it's much easier to re-lose 5!0
