I have one pound left....my 56th birthday was last week and my goal for Sept 2nd was #30 but instead I lost #36 and I'm pretty sure I can get the last pound to go soon.0

I LOVE pics and I am super happy I finally get to share some where I see a difference.
I wish I had taken more pics all along the way. My first pic was at 164 and I was 170 in March
