I have 10 egg yolks in my freezer...what can i do with them?

Citrus curd!!
It's really easy to make and delicious, you can do it with any kind of citrus, just vary the sugar.

A lot of good ideas on here, but I looked at puddings and custards and a lot of them only use like 2-3 yolks....:grumble:

You could make a savory custard that would go on a bread pudding. They call that strata.
Many recipes for pasta carbonara use yolks.
Homemade pasta dough also uses a lot of yolks.
I will have to look into these.
