Confused about my calorie count/workout ratio

Okay so today I feel like I have eaten enough so that I was not hungry all day...( if you guys can see my food journal you can agree or disagree) If not i had this : 2 Egg whites, a slice of wheat toast with peanut butter for breakfast along with a shakeology shake, for lunch, 2oz of chicken with lima beans and corn and then for a snack a protein bar. Water with all of this as well.. I walked at lunch and then came home and did a cardio video and yoga... I added all my food for the day and my workout and its saying I still need to eat almost the amount of calories I was supposed to eat since the beginning of the day.... If that makes sense... I havent eaten dinner but still 1470 calories is a lot to eat in one meal..... Help ?! I'm just confused because it seems like i might be working out too much but i don't want to slow down with the workout....any advice?

Eat more caloric dense foods. Cheese, more peanut butter, avocado, yogurt, nuts, etc.

Other than that, plan better. If you know you're going to be working out, eat more at breakfast and lunch.
