Work Performed to Calories Burned

Does anyone know the formula for work performed to calories burned?
In a workout a few days ago I did 21,484 ft*lbs/sec.
What would be the calories burned?
I've found a few different formulas, but some said around 100 calories and I laughed because, well, that's what I burn in my warm-up and I know I did much more work in the workout.
Any math/physics majors?
