if 1/3 cup = 30 grams, how many grams is 1/2 cup

Around 64 grams for dry goods. If you google "cups to grams" or any other conversion (ie: tsp to cups, etc.), there are many charts that will pop up online with the info.

Well it isn't 64 grams in this case. This is a simple math problem.
If 1/3 cup = 30g then 1 cup = 90g
Therefore 1/2 a cup = 45g
When I bake I follow a recipe but nowadays every cup of something I add I weigh so I know how many grams something is. Everything has a different density. If you don't have a scale google is your friend0
