Oh my goodness, I am really into whole milk yogurt these days. I know it's more calories and fat, but WOW, is it ever satisfying, and I think it 'lasts' longer in my system (I don't get as hungry quite as quickly). Plus, it's less processed.

Agreed. Whole milk european style yogurt is always in the fridge. Thankfully the kids will eat it plain and I often put dollops in soups and sub for sour cream in baking. It's great.0

I've been meaning to start making my own yogurt from whole milk. I go through so much plain yogurt in a week! I love it!
Fat free yogurt is terrible. I always choose 2-5% fat yogurt, sometimes the 10% fat when I want a healthy treat.0 -
I love it. I have a harder time finding plain higher fat yogurt, but I can always find the Fage plain 2% yogurt.0

Whole Foods (365 brand) has an excellent plain whole milk yogurt! And Trader Joe's has a good one that is only slightly sweetened by honey. Delicious.0

I agree, they are delicious, so hard to find though.
I'm more of a 'snack all day on different foods' type though, so I'd rather not blow 250 calories on a yogurt, so I go for the lower fat stuff.0
