I have a question about the Polar ft60. I have my mfp set at 1340 calories a day. It says I burn 1840 calories from daily activity If my polar ft60 says I burn 2400 calories in 24 hours does that mean if I want to eat back all my exercise calories I can eat 560?

most HRMs are intended to measure calorie burn during exercise ie with elevated heart rate, I wouldn't think it to be accurate over 24 hours.
Usually people use their HRM to measure exercise sessions and log that in MFP, noting that the HRM calorie burn includes the ~75 kcal/h that MFP has already accounted for. So if it clocked 375 in an hour's exercise you would log 300 and eat that back (or some/most of it).0
