Awesome circuit routines for nerds (and non-nerds)!

This website has a TON of 'nerdy' themed workouts based on comic books, pop culture, and gaming. Each workout tells you what muscles are targeted. There are cardio circuits, too- I did the Stay-Awake and the Run, Clever Boy today and they did not disappoint.
I get really bored using the elliptical for cardio intervals all the time, so little gems like this that shake up my routine are like Christmas coming early. It's a shame i only found these on the last day of my vacation.
Oh! They also require the bare minimum of equipment- smallish dumbbells and a box were the only pieces I remember seeing.
