Whole Milk Yogurt

Options
Oh my goodness, I am really into whole milk yogurt these days. I know it's more calories and fat, but WOW, is it ever satisfying, and I think it 'lasts' longer in my system (I don't get as hungry quite as quickly). Plus, it's less processed.

Thoughts welcomed.

I also prefer it, most of all because the lower fat versions often have whatnot added to them to make them seem creamy. Yoghurt needs only two things - milk and lactobacillus culture, anything else added brings the quality down.

Here's an idea: don't know where you live, but to find the most natural yoghurt, try an ethnic-owned or targeted supermarket where people from the near east and the Mediterranean shop. Ask any friends/colleagues from those regions what yoghurt they buy. It's a staple food in those cultures and not treated lightly  (silly pun but I couldn't resist)

ETA: while you're there try the cheese too

Consider goat's milk. It is very nutritious.
