I was wonder if you should track your spices. Examples black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.

    for weight loss purposes no you dont need to - but if you are watching your sodium then possibly - those spices wont add calories though

    I don't. But it's a personal choice - some do, some don't.

    thanks for all the imput. I always put them in when I create a recipe but if I'm putting black pepper on something I don't track it.
