What foods have people figured out that give energy, fill u up and don't have a lot of calories? Would like to eat slightly more without the calories and raw veges frequently cause gastrointestinal distress when I frequent them too much. Cooked veges not as tasty. Any ideas would be appreciated

3 slices thick sliced Canadian bacon 60 cal.
1 wedge Laughing Cow light cheese 35 cal
    Total cal 95

1 can French style green beans 70 cal
1 wedge Laughing Cow light cheese 35 cal
    Total 105 cal

1 pack tofu shirataki noodles 40 cal
6 tsp grated Parmesan cheese 60 cal

14 Wasabi and Soy sauce almonds 85 cal

I tend to eat mini meals so these are some of my go to's. These may work as snacks for you though...

Six ounces lean pork tenderloin, half a cup tomato-based pasta sauce of your choice, 300g spaghetti squash = ~450 calories and it's a HUGE meal.

One ounce noodles, four ounces chicken breast, half an ounce of Parmesan, dried basil/oregano/chili flakes = ~250 calories; bulk it up with some barely wilted spinach and diced tomatoes for another ~40 calories.

Carb Chopper tortilla filled with half an ounce of thinly sliced cheddar, a sprinkling of chives, two ounces of deli ham, and spinach = ~200 calories; serve it with a salad of diced cucumber and tomato tossed with a little balsamic vinegar and pepper for another ~50 calories.

Light English muffin, one dry-fried ham steak, two eggs cooked however you like (but without butter or oil) = ~290 calories for a delicious breakfast.
