Do i eat too much still?

Im doing insanity but not following there diet because i personally dont like the food. I still feel like im eating alot !
My work hours are 6am till 3pm so i eat early !
Wake up at 4.30 and have choc cornflakes (no milk, no sugar)
6.00 am 3 carrots
9.00 a banana and grapes
12.00pm boiled eggs, just the white, sweetcorn and carrots
Then 5.00pm big cooked dinner either jacket potatoe, with cheese sweetcorn n spring onion
Or i could have chicken brocolli carrots n sweetcorn!
I feel im eating to much i feel im always eating even after cutting out the crap! Im so fussy about food its unreal!
Please help me xxx

It is possible you are fussy because you are hungry and your body is craving nutrition? Set reasonable goals.

How much are you actually eating (calories) open your diary so we can give pointers.
That said, aim for at least the minimum amount suggested in the diet guide (1700 cals) otherwise you will not be fueling yourself properly for those intense workouts.0 -
Do you hate yourself that much that you're going to barely eat and do intense workouts?

This is a joke, right? Have you logged this food and found out how many calories this is? Insanity recommends a certain calorie level, doesn't it? Is said logged food anywhere near the amount recommended?0

I have 1,600 a day!
I only eat egg whites because i dont like the middle!
I hate milk! On my cornflakes and adding suger makes it taste worse lol. Im not starving my self or anything the qauntity of food im eatin is probably double what ur thinking. X. I just feel like im snacking alot! The amount of food i like cant be listed on one page! I only like around30 different foods i was addicted to like 12 packs of crsips chocolate pepsi mX all day long im doing very well!
I dont seem to be loosing weight tho! I reach around 1800 now and again. Xxx.0 -

i would love to see how you get 1600 cals out of dry cereal, egg whites and one meal a day?0 -
How long have you been eating at 1600 calories a day?
Do you measure and weigh what you are eating or are you guessing? Do you make all of your meals and know all of the ingredients, including added oils that may have been used to cook it, etc?
If you have been counting calories for a month or more and are not losing at this rate, then I would guess that you are eating more calories than you think.0 -

I very seriously doubt you were truly addicted to potato chips.
Youre 19 and according to another post youve got a husband. So you're a grown up. You're going to have to stop being such a picky eater and deal with it.0 -
Also i have been suffering from really bad swollen ancles. After every workout my one ancle balloons out! Iv tried to get in the docs but there fully booked! Till next week.0

I didn't look at your diary, but just going by your posts, If you're trying to lose weight and you are not then it's probably safe to say you might be eating too much...0

This man knows his stuff. I'm 5'5 and in the gym I do nowhere near what Insanity requires, and I eat 2400/day.0 -

Im sorry but i worked out your daily calories and it came to a maximum total of 1100 calories. (2 eggs, large potato)
Your STARVING and thats why your not loosing weight. If mfp says your eating 1600 calories, then your obviously over estimating your portions. vegetables and fruit are all low cal.
Its fairly simple to add more calories to your diet. - Have a sandwich with salad and ham for lunch with the fruit. Have a muesli bar and some nuts. add more fruits to your day and make fruit salad, with yoghurt. Muesli and oats are also good.
EAT A COOKIE OR 9.0 -
I read in your other thread that you have HSP. I think you need to follow your doctor's recommendations on diet and exercise.0

Agree with the comments above. I work out 6 days a week (1 weights, 2 cross training and 3 runs - one of which will be 75-100mins usually). I eat 1900cals a day and am losing a steady 1.5-2lbs a week, am not hungry and recovery quickly from my workouts. Eat more. If you're picky about stuff you know challenge yourself and try new stuff! No way does the food you've listed come to 1600 cals.0

My mom is severly anorexic and i dont want to be like that ! There is no way i would starve my self!

On another day ill av 2 boiled eggs no whites
Pepperoni.
Carrots n grapes for snack,
Sweetcorn, garlic, parsley basil, chicken, peppers onions with more carrots
Then wen i get in have a nice big curry ! X

I hope you realize that your workout is basically wasted as you don't eat enough to get any benefit from it.0

I've eaten 1000 and under and never died. I was also never overweight until my mid 20's when I started eating whatever. Eat what you like and what your body tells you it needs. Most peoples opinions could get thrown in the crap shoot for all I care.0

I physically cant just pick up something i dont like! I vomit off most foods im willing to try but what i eat is all i eat! Thank you n were not married yet! Lol. Were engaged x0
