Change can be good!

I have been doing a workout routine for the past two years or so but it has been inconsistent to say the least. I recently switched to a new routine that is geared specifically towards preparing me for upcoming events this Spring. I was very hesitant to change my routine but I am glad that I did. The motivation and excitement that comes with a change is awesome and I have found some areas where I need to improve and I am only on Day 5. Its gonna be a long 6 weeks but I look forward to every workout.

Change can be good so don't be scared to try something new! A change could be as simple as just to start exercising after years of "couching" or it could be complicated as developing a routine specifically geared towards a specific goal or event.

I'm not sure why I posted this, but if it helps one person move towards their goals, I would be happy.
