Anyone else want in? You don't have to start today but have to start in the next week. Here is what the challenge includes:

30 days of squats
30 days of planks
30 days of push ups

    Count me in. I need to do something other than just planning my meals for tomorrow.
    I'm just a beginner so I'll do 30 squats, 3 planks for 30 sec each and OMG 30 push ups.
