How many calories should I be consuming a day

All the calorie counter apps seem to give varied answers between 1,100 and 1,600.

20 year old inactive female, 5'3, 119 lbs. Can someone please tell me what my caloric intake should be? Thanks

    What are your goals? Fat loss? Build muscle? Increase strength? Maintain current weight?

    If you enter your info and goals into MFP accurately, you should get a realistic calorie intake goal. :smile:
