I've boiled and shredded a bunch of chicken to stick in the fridge for various uses. My issue is finding the correct nutritional info for it. The database and web are all over the place. What's the most reliable info per ounce? It's just plain boiled chicken breast I trimmed pretty darn well of about all excess fat.

Look for 'chicken breast cooked' and pick the entry that doesn't have a * in the front.0

I weigh it and go with the USDA info per 100g:

You can usually find these already in the database if you search for USDA + whatever food you're looking for.0
