Hi joined up last Sat with a goal of losing 21kg, Ive always loved the gym but love food more,I am finding the MFP really motivating and finding it great helping me keep an eye on my calorie intake. Its my first weigh in this Sat so fingers crossed the scales are my best friend this week.

    The really great thing about this site is your love of the gym will work for you in regard to calories you intake! I have been here for a week now and have lost 4 lbs. This is not typical but I did give up alcohol and drink almost 1 gallon of water every day.
