When do I adjust calorie intake

I have been consistently losing for the last 4 weeks, no worries there. But how long before I change that in MFP to re-evaluate calorie intake? Should I wait until I plateau? Also I have my activity as sedentary but I have been adding more and more exercise each week. I have a desk job so I am hesitant to change the activity level. Any thoughts or words of wisdom?

I'm curious, too. Is it every 10 lbs?0

It will pop up at some point and ask if you want to re-evaluate your goals. I believe it is at 10lbs lost, but I'm not positive. You do have the option to say no if what you're doing is working just fine (no reason to change what isn't broke). And of course at any time you can go into your settings and tell it to re-evaluate your goals.0

It should ask you once you lose 10 Lbs. if your goals are custom then do it every 5-10 Lbs...if your goals are set by MFP, MFP will tell you once you get there.0
