Food Portions???

I don't have a food scale, my local Walmart doesn't have one so I have to order one online. Until then, how can I measure my meat? I'm pre-packaging or however you call it. "Pre planning" my meals today. I have a bag of Tyson Grilled and Ready chicken breasts which is 100 calories for every 3 ounces. How can I measure this? I'm using my palm but I have small hands so how does that work? Also, the some chicken pieces are small and others are big.
AND another thing, is it okay if I double the portions of the chicken? Making it 6 ounces which sums it up to 200 calories...this is the main form of meat I eat.

Until the scale arrives, you'll just to eyeball it. Presumably the package lists the total weight of the meat. I would just do my best to divide the total package into roughly equal amounts (halves, thirds, quarters -- whatever approximates the amount you want to have for a serving). If you're the only one who will be eating this package of chicken over a number of meals, any errors in dividing it up will eventually even out, anyway. Make sure you use an entry in the MFP database for raw chicken, as the package weight will be the raw weight.
Of course you can double the portions of chicken, as long as it fits your calorie goals (and hopefully your macro goals as well -- fats, carbs, protein). "Serving sizes" are there so you can accurately determine how many calories and nutrients you are consuming, not to dictate to you how much of something you can eat.0 -
You're going to have to guess. I'd go with the palm on your hand (to be honest, 3oz of chicken is smaller than the palm of my hand anyway).
And I just eat whatever amount I feel like eating, I very rarely eat a real serving or something.0
