Fitness & well-being

We all have vices that we cling to. We all have hurdles that seem insurmountable. Weight loss and fitness are more mental challenges than physical ones. But when we overcome them, it effects every other aspect of our lives. I would love to offer my help with fitness tips, nutrition advice and motivation to break through plateaus. And I'd also appreciate the occasional kick in the butt in return. :)
