Curious..Do you customize your food or use MFP guides?

I'm just curious how many of you have customized your food goals or have you just used MFP's suggested guidelines? If you have customized yours, how so?
I've currently got mine customized to 40% carb 40% protein 20%fat. I still have weight to lose.
It's crazy the differences in numbers when I've played around with it and used MFP's guide.

    40% carb 30% fat 30% protein, but I really only care about the protein number.

    I use http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ for my goal though. Don't want to have to count exercise calories...

    Customize, because I have to match my doctor's orders. 30 carb, 50 protein, 20 fat.

    I set it to 35% carb, 20% protein, 45 % fat - after a few days when I just ate what I wanted without exceeding my calorie limits, and feeling happy, energetic and satisfied. I think my settings are very moderate in all aspects.

    I've customised mine to 40% carbs, 35% protein & 25% fat. That way it gives me the goals of 1gr protein/lb lean body body mass and 0.35 gr/lb weight, so I can pay close attention to those. There are some great posts on how to get started, that explain macros & calorie goals and it's worked rather well for me the last month. You'll have to test out what works best for yourself, unfortunately it takes a couple of weeks.
