Perfect Bum Epiphany!

Hi everyone. Just thought I'd post my epiphany on glute activation.

I'm sure many of you having been engaging your glutes just fine and can ignore this but I really had no idea so can only assume that there must be some like me.

Having performed thousands of squats over the past couple of years (body weight and weighted) I assumed that my glutes were in good working order. Not so. I started Doug Robertsons 12 week perfect bum course and about 6 days in during a body pump class I suddenly felt my butt muscles take over to lift back up from my squats. This has not only assisted me with better form etc but hopefully it will also lead to nice shapely derrière.
