Polar HRM Zone advice needed

This is my first week with my Polar FT60 and I'm loving it, as much more accurate than my gym equipment and am following the in built star programme but it keeps saying my heart rate is not in zone, and I have not yet seen the promised trophy.

I have a very low resting heart rate of about 48/52 BPM, when working out at my absolute max is 166BPM (Zone 3).
Had my blood pressure taken today and the nurse was quite surprised at low it was, but its always been that way.


What I can't seem to get is into zone 1, I think the min setting is 100. Soon as I start getting into it I'm in 2 and 3, is this ok ?

I know I'm probably not making much sense as still getting to grips with it all, so all comments are appreciated.
